The meeting will be devoted to the final reports and the handbook.
October 23 : noon to 2 pm arrival in Sierre ,
meet for lunch at: Restaurant Hotel de la Poste
2pm: bus leaves from railway station to Chandolin
October 23 3 pm – 7 pm, + evening reading / writing
October 24 830 am – 7 pm, + evening reading
October 25 830 am – noon, review of all reports, + 2 pm - 6 pm for volunteers: book last proofreading
October 26-27: free week-end in swiss mountain if you like ! but you cannot stay in the group hotel

Travel by Train
From Geneva Airport
Take a train to Sierre.
If you miss our T44 bus: Take a Post bus from Sierre to Vissoie. Take a Post bus from Vissoie to Chandolin.
From Zurich Airport
Take a train to Lausanne.Take a train from Lausanne to Sierre.
If you miss our T44 bus: Take a Post bus from Sierre to Vissoie and a Post bus from Vissoie to Chandolin.
From Milan
Train a to Sierre (you may have to change at Brig
If you miss our T44 bus: a Post bus from Sierre to Vissoie and a Post bus from Vissoie to Chandolin.
Train and post bus time tables can be found on the Swiss Railway website (www.sbb.ch).
Whichever train route you take, you will need to take the post bus (Postauto) on the final leg from Sierre via Vissoie up the mountain to Chandolin (call +41 (0)27 327 3434 for information about the service).
Special Task44 bus from Sierre
We will organize one but only one departure on Oct 23 at 2pm rom Sierre railway station.
Bus back will be organized too.
